As plumbers we protect the health and well being of the nation daily by providing safe drinking water and proper sanitary solutions to keep our society safe and healthy.
We have introduced further measures for our customers’ peace of mind, as well as to protect the health of our employees.
In normal circumstances we would warmly shake hands with customers, but you will understand if our technicians keep a respectful distance.
You can be reassured that our technicians have been trained to sanitize before arriving, during and after leaving your home. Mask availability will depend on them being available to purchase.
We will clean up our work areas and you always have the choice to re-sanitize them yourself. Many services take place outdoors in any case.
None of our technicians have travelled internationally in the last 14 days. Like all workplaces, anyone unwell is told not to work.
If you have any requirements that would make you feel more comfortable, we will accommodate them as best as we can. It is your home and family, and we will act accordingly to reassure you.
